'What3Words' location

From Langport:
  • Head towards Somerton.  You will pass Shires Garage on your left and The Kelway Inn, also on the left.
  • Go straight over the roundabout (towards Somerton).
  • You will start to go up a fairly steep hill: Picts Hill.  Kelways Plant Nursery is half-way up on your right.
  • As you approach the brow of the hill (through some pedestrian lights) you will pass the turning to High Ham on your left; at this point signal right.
  • Take the small turning right, it is on the brow of the hill, if you go down the other side of the hill you have missed it.
  • Go down this lane (Union Drove) to the end without turning off.  You will pass a housing estate on your left; a few bungalows: also on the left; go over a railway bridge; and round a sharp right-hand bend before ending up at Cracknell's Farm.  The lane is about half a mile long.

From Somerton
  • Head towards Langport (4 miles).
  • You will pass The Halfway House on your right.
  • You will enter a 30mph zone half way up a fairly steep hill.  This is Picts Hill.
  • As you near the brow of the hill you will pass Hamdown Court on your left, at this point signal left and go slowly - you will need the next turning on the left.
  • Turn left on the brow of the hill immediately after Teddybear Cottage, the turning is easy to miss. If you find yourself going down the hill you have missed the turning.
  • Go down this lane (Union Drove) to the end without turning off.  You will pass a housing estate on your left; a few bungalows - also on the left; go over a railway bridge; and round a sharp right-hand bend before ending up at Cracknell's Farm.  The lane is about half a mile long.
